Poppy Dunton is a passionate dental therapist, educator, and business coach with over 15 years of experience in transforming dental practices and professionals alike. After rising through every clinical and managerial role in dentistry from receptionist to practice manager to therapist. Poppy now focuses on empowering clinicians to build thriving careers through bespoke business strategy and advanced clinical training alongside working as a menopause coach.

She has worked across NHS and private sectors, led multidisciplinary teams. Poppy’s style is engaging, practical, and deeply supportive, helping learners translate theory into confident, revenue-generating clinical practice.

When she’s not teaching or coaching, Poppy enjoys advocating for better clinician wellbeing, and supporting women through life’s transitions with authenticity and kindness helping to reduce burnout.
